I’ve been asked, “what’s the value of the podcast”?
“if it saves just one life”!

This is the actual picture I (Michael Orban) received during a late night call from a young veteran.

He had displayed these 3 items on his bed in a moment of strong urge and low resistance to ending his life. After hours of conversation focused on hope and cemented by trust we watched the sun rise from our separate ‘bunkers’.

Sometimes a break in a pervasive thought can open the mind to hope and the next step to healthy resolution. This veteran took that healthy step.
